Shipping Policy

PatriotBio ships orders to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are determined by the carrier once transferred and may vary by destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information; PatriotBio is not responsible for delays or issues from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Insurance

Customers may have the option to purchase shipping insurance at checkout. If selected, the shipment is covered against verified loss or shipping damage in transit, and PatriotBio will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost if a claim is approved (claims may require photos of the package, contents, and shipping labels). If not selected, PatriotBio is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, stolen packages, or damage after the carrier accepts the package — the customer assumes responsibility once transferred to the carrier.

Damaged Shipments

Customers should contact Customer Support as soon as possible after delivery with their order number, photos of the shipping box, photos of the damaged product(s), and any other requested information.

Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Because PatriotBio supplies laboratory research materials, we cannot verify handling, storage, or chain of custody once products leave our facility, so we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on delivered products — including for change of mind, incorrect selection, ordering errors, refused deliveries, carrier delays, or products returned after delivery. Exceptions apply only if PatriotBio determines the wrong item was shipped, or an approved insured-shipment claim is verified as lost or damaged in transit.

Incorrect Orders

Customers who believe they received the wrong product should contact Customer Support within 5 business days of delivery with their order number and photos of the unopened product.
