By completing a purchase on the Patriot Bio website you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Waiver Agreement in its entirety.
1. Research Professional Confirmation
The buyer represents and warrants that they are a qualified research professional, scientist, or institutional researcher. The buyer confirms that all products purchased from Patriot Bio will be used solely for lawful laboratory and research purposes. The buyer further confirms they have the appropriate qualifications, facilities, and legal authority to purchase, handle, and use research-grade compounds.
2. Research Use Confirmation
The buyer acknowledges that all products sold by Patriot Bio are intended for laboratory and research purposes only. The buyer confirms that products will not be used for human consumption, veterinary use, self-administration, or any medical application. The buyer understands that misuse of these products may violate applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations and that all consequences of misuse are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
3. Age Confirmation
The buyer confirms they are 21 years of age or older. The buyer understands that Patriot Bio reserves the right to cancel any order where age or qualification cannot be verified.
4. Voluntary Assumption of Risk
The buyer voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the purchase, handling, storage, and use of research-grade compounds purchased from Patriot Bio. The buyer releases Patriot Bio, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses of any kind arising from the purchase, use, or misuse of any product.
5. All Sales Final
The buyer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final. Patriot Bio does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products under any circumstances due to the sensitive chain of custody requirements applicable to research-grade compounds. By completing a purchase the buyer expressly waives any right to return or exchange any product.
6. Domestic Shipping Acknowledgment
The buyer acknowledges that Patriot Bio ships domestically within the United States only and that shipping methods and rates are determined at checkout based on location.
7. Indemnification
The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Patriot Bio, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the buyer’s purchase, use, misuse, or unlawful handling of any product purchased from Patriot Bio.
8. Agreement to All Patriot Bio Policies
The buyer confirms they have read and agree to all Patriot Bio policies including the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer available on the Patriot Bio website.
9. Governing Law
This Waiver Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Patriot Bio operates. By completing a purchase on the Patriot Bio website you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Waiver Agreement in its entirety. You further confirm that all products will be used solely for lawful laboratory and research purposes. For Research Use Only — Not for Human or Veterinary Use.
