Affiliate Code of Conduct

This Affiliate Code of Conduct (“Code”) is incorporated by reference into, and governs your participation under, the Patriot Bio Affiliate Partner Agreement (the “Agreement”) you accepted with Harpton, LLC d/b/a Patriot Bio (“Company”). By accepting your affiliate account, posting Referral Materials, or earning a commission, you agree to follow every rule in this Code. As stated in the Agreement, if this Code and the Agreement conflict on a matter of content, messaging, or platform conduct, this Code controls. Violations may result in suspension, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and legal action where warranted.

1. Research-Use-Only Required Posture

All Patriot Bio products are sold strictly for laboratory and in vitro research purposes. Your promotion of Patriot Bio must reflect that posture at all times. You must not:

• State, suggest, or imply that any product treats, cures, prevents, mitigates, or diagnoses any disease or medical condition
• State, suggest, or imply that any product is safe or effective for human or veterinary use
• Depict a product being administered to a human or animal (including injection imagery, oral consumption imagery, or before/after body-transformation photos)
• Recommend dosages, schedules, stacks, or protocols for human or animal use
• Pair a Patriot Bio product, in the same post or content piece, with fitness goals, weight-loss claims, hormone optimization, anti-aging benefits, sexual health benefits, or any other personal-use claim

2. Required Disclosures (FTC + Platform)

Federal Trade Commission rules require you to clearly and conspicuously disclose your material connection to Patriot Bio on every post that promotes our products. The disclosure must:

• Appear at or near the start of the post — not buried in a long caption and not hidden behind a “see more” link
• Use plain language a typical viewer understands (for example, “paid partnership”, “Patriot Bio affiliate”, or “I earn a commission on this”) — not “ad” alone, and not abbreviations like “sp” or “spon”
• Be visible on every platform you post to, including Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Stories, Reels, comments, blog posts, and podcasts

3. Prohibited Content

• Before/after physique-transformation photos paired with Patriot Bio products
• Video or photo content of any person or animal using or appearing to use a Patriot Bio product
• “My stack,” “what I take,” or personal results-style content referencing Patriot Bio products
• Medical professional impersonation, including fake or implied credentials or authority
• Targeting anyone under 21 in platform audience settings or in content style, tone, or subject matter
• Claims that a product is FDA approved, GMP certified for human use, or “as good as” any prescription drug
• Direct comparisons to controlled substances or named pharmaceutical drugs
• Use of Patriot Bio’s brand assets, logo, or product imagery in a way that suggests an endorsement, sponsorship, or official partnership Company did not give in writing
• Any content that states or implies official military, government, or public-safety endorsement, sponsorship, or approval of Patriot Bio or its products

4. Required Content Caveats

Any post that mentions a Patriot Bio product must include a clear, readable disclaimer to the same effect as one of the following:

• “[Sold for laboratory research only — not for human or veterinary use.]”
• “[Research-use-only compound. Not a drug, supplement, or treatment.]”
• “[For in vitro research purposes. No human-use claims.]”

The disclaimer must be readable within the post itself, not only on a linked landing page or in a pinned comment.

5. Personal Conduct & Brand Safety

• Do not pair Patriot Bio products with content involving illegal drugs, prescription drug misuse, gray-market pharmaceuticals, or harm-reduction framing
• Do not run paid advertising referencing Patriot Bio on Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, or YouTube without Company’s prior written approval — non-compliant peptide advertising can result in a platform banning Company’s entire account
• On Meta platforms specifically: do not post any direct link to patriotbio.com; use only your assigned discount code, and limit promotion to Stories and comments on posts, per Section 6 of the Agreement
• Do not represent yourself as a Patriot Bio employee, scientist, lab partner, or formulator
• Do not claim affiliation with Patriot Bio on dating, gambling, or adult content sites
• Do not use your rank, title, uniform, badge, or agency/department affiliation in a way that implies official sponsorship of Patriot Bio, consistent with Section 6 of the Agreement

6. Email & SMS Compliance

If you market Patriot Bio by email or text message, you are solely responsible for your own compliance, including:

• Complying with CAN-SPAM (email) and the TCPA (SMS) using your own sender infrastructure — Company does not provide or authorize use of its infrastructure for your outbound messages
• Maintaining documented opt-in consent for every recipient
• Honoring unsubscribe and STOP requests immediately
• Never using Company’s email templates, customer lists, or any data Company has not separately authorized you to use

7. Tax & Payout Compliance

Commissions are tracked and paid by Company as described in the Agreement. You are responsible for reporting affiliate income to the IRS and any applicable state revenue authority. Company will issue Form 1099-NEC where required by law, consistent with Section 5 of the Agreement, and you must keep accurate W-9 (or W-8) information current at all times.

8. Termination

Company may suspend or terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, including for:

• Any violation of this Code
• Regulatory complaints (FTC, FDA, or state-level) traced to your content
• A platform takedown or account action caused by your posts
• Legal threats or claims arising from your promotion of Patriot Bio
• Brand-damaging conduct, including content inconsistent with Company’s values or mission

Termination for a violation of this Code forfeits any unpaid commissions accrued during the period of non-compliance, consistent with Sections 7 and 10 of the Agreement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Company harmless from any claim, fine, judgment, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of this Code, your content, or your conduct as an affiliate, consistent with Section 12 of the Agreement.

10. Acknowledgment

By checking the acceptance box on your affiliate application, you acknowledge that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to follow this Code in full
• You have read and agree to the Patriot Bio Affiliate Partner Agreement and any applicable privacy policy
• You will keep your contact and tax information current
• You understand that violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions
